There is little doubt; the majority of today’s potential home buyers are shopping for real estate online.  We think it is critical to ensure that each of our listings stand out on the internet and makes an “eye-popping” impression.
I can’t tell you how many additional showings we get because agents and home buyers are attracted to our online property presentation!

How do we do that?

How much does it cost?

I have a fully equipped ad agency at my disposal and am not currently passing the costs on to clients. We have over $70K investment with 2 million dollars in liability insurance to cover any boo boo’s.

Good agents will take the time and spend the money to hire a competent real estate photography company to come out to the property and take some good photos and a virtual tour. Depending on the listing price may include other extras.  We take the time and treat everyone like a million!

So far we haven’t found anyone that can come close to Connie Barnes Real Estate Sale and Marketing.
Many other agents choose to go the cheap route and use an amateur digital camera and upload the photos to the MLS and consider the job done.

Aren’t most virtual tours lousy slide shows?
