Sites like Zillow, Trullia, Yahoo and others require brokers and real estate agents to submit listings to their sites. Believe it or not, there are other realtors that use our search solution because it is more convenient that the MLS membership site!
OUR SEARCHES are updated daily. MetroList MLS has their own site but there is no e-mail update option and has no map search available.
Our Sales Trend Data is pulled directly from the MLS and is presented by Trendgraphix. This is most accurate market data available.
