Callie is an exciting new addition to our team. She brings with her over 3 years of real estate experience. As a Transaction Facilitator for a small boutique brokerage in El Dorado Hills she gained direct and extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction. Starting out working on the back end of various real estate transactions she proved herself very thorough and efficient in working with agents, lenders, clients and banks all while managing the necessary paperwork. She obtained her real estate license 2 ½ years ago and has successfully assisted buyers and sellers in standard, Short Sale and bank owned real estate transactions.

Callie graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2006. Upon graduation with honors she was accepted to the University of McGeorge to pursue a law degree. She discovered, however, that law was not the direction in life she wanted to pursue and upon her leaving law school, fell into real estate. Her knowledge of contracts and property law helped her excel quickly in the real estate field.

Callie is a very driven individual and despite her youth, has much professional and life experience. She worked in sales and customer service during her college years and has always enjoyed working in a field that allowed her to help people. She has lived all over the west coast and maintains a very active lifestyle. She has spent time volunteering in the local community at a therapeutic horseback riding center for children with disabilities. She spends her free time training for boxing, running with and training her German Shepherd puppy, Max, and has a passion for artistic expression through her tattoo art.

Real estate has changed immensely in the past several years. It used to be considered a fairly easy profession and Callie has learned in what most realtors are calling a difficult market. That’s just the thing, Callie didn’t become a realtor because it was easy, she welcomes the challenge that this new market has to offer and enjoys working hard for her clients.
